The hotel's location is indeed excellent, but unfortunately, that is where the positive feedback ends. the room had a terrible odor, and the bathroom was unkempt. the breakfast was subpar, and the staff was resistant to requests for freshly made food. the restaurant was the only redeeming quality, but that's hardly enough to justify the exorbitant rates charged.
The housekeeping service left much to be desired.

The staff was wonderful during my stay, always accommodating and friendly. The valet parking was a great perk, making coming and going effortless. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently located near my business meetings. the restaurant was quite impressive, offering an excellent variety of delicious dishes.
While the breakfast was good overall, it could use a bit of improvement. Specifically, I had requested freshly made beju and eggs, but the breakfast attendant was somewhat resistant to my request.

We had a great stay! The staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The valet parking service was especially excellent, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The location of this hotel was also excellent, providing easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the great restaurant options and appreciated the flexibility of the staff.
Nothing it was perfect.

The staff was great and helpful, always going the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Valet parking was a blessing. the location was convenient and close to everything we needed in the city.
Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Despite the variety, the quality of the food left something to be desired.
